Privacy

Sham massage does its utmost to guarantee your privacy. We do this, among other things, by carefully handling your personal and medical data and by ensuring that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data.
If you no longer use Sham-Massage’s services, your data will be automatically deleted after 12 months. Comments will be kept for as long as Sham-Massage has permission.

How long we keep your data

When you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are retained forever. This way we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of having to moderate them.

Terms and Conditions

For optimal service, Sham-massage has drawn up the conditions below. All clients of Sham-massage automatically agree to these conditions.

Treatment

Your massage therapist will explain his working method to you prior to your treatment. If you object to the treatment for any reason, you must indicate this immediately. If situations arise that are not desired by you, a solution will be found in consultation with you. Topics discussed with you remain confidential and will not be discussed with third parties. If you believe that the therapist is not dealing with you in the right way, we request that you discuss this with us so that we can find a solution together. If this does not work, we find this very annoying. You have the right to file a complaint via the applicable complaints procedure.

Cancellation of an appointment

All appointments that cannot be kept must   be canceled at least 24 hours before the treatment . If you do not cancel or cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, the massage therapist is entitled to charge the rate for the intended treatment.

Payment

You must pay immediately after a treatment. This can be paid in cash, Ideal or Tikkie. You are responsible under all circumstances for full payment for services provided to you, or on your behalf. If payment is not made before the due date, you will be in default from the first day after the due date. As soon as you are in default, we are entitled to charge statutory interest on the principal sum owed or the remainder thereof. If you are in default, we are entitled to take collection measures or to charge third parties with this. In that case, all costs associated with the collection of declared amounts will be at your expense.

Do you have any complaints about the treatment? Please contact your treating massage therapist. If this does not produce sufficient results, you can use the Complaints Procedure.
